    Orange Juice + Espresso

    Brew a fresh shot of espresso into a tall glass. Pour 6 oz of freshly squeezed orange juice over the espresso. Add ice if desired. Stir well and enjoy the bright, energizing combination of citrus and coffee.

    Ingredients:
    2 shots espresso, cooled
    3 tablespoons passion fruit puree
    1 tablespoon simple syrup or Honey
    Ice cubes
    Fresh passion fruit seeds for garnish (optional)

  • Candied Almond Latte

    CANDIED ALMOND LATTE

    Start with a double shot of espresso in a tall cup. Steam 10 ounces of milk until it reaches 150-155°F, creating a smooth microfoam. Pour the steamed milk into your espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon.

    Top with a thin layer of velvety foam. Drizzle with almond syrup and finish with a sprinkle of candied almonds and a pinch of cinnamon.
